Interested in listening for Western and Eastern Screech-Owls? These nocturnal cavity nesting Owls depend on old growth trees in riparian areas and cottonwood groves, and we need your help looking for these birds throughout the state to assess their conservation needs.

 March 1- April 30
Climate Watch aims to document species’ responses to climate change and test Audubon’s climate models by having volunteers in the field look for birds where Audubon’s climate models predict them to be in the 2020s.

Are you ready to hear the ‘currlleeee’ of the Long-billed Curlew? These charismatic shorebirds rely on Montana's grassland valleys and we need your help finding as many as possible in and around the Mission, Helena, and Blackfoot Valleys.

Want to spend a warm summer night looking and listening for Montana's nightjar species? Common Poorwills and Common Nighthawks are two cryptic, aerial insectivores lacking data and we need your help gathering information on these hard to find species!
